Advanced Lymphatic Therapy

A highly individualized approach to lymphatic wellness, fluid movement, fascia and nervous system balance.

No two bodies — and no two sessions — are exactly alike. Your Advanced Lymphatic Session is customized to what your body presents with that day, rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

Depending on your needs, your session may incorporate Advanced Lymph Drainage Therapy, deep lymphatic pathways and nodes, abdominal pathways including the liver and spleen, fascia and scar tissue techniques, lymphatic mapping, gentle cupping, craniosacral techniques, nervous system support and energy balancing.

Some sessions may be full-body, while others may focus more intentionally on areas of congestion, swelling, restriction or greater concern.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Advanced Lymphatic Therapy is typically gentle, precise and deeply relaxing. Lymphatic work does not need to be aggressive or painful to be effective.

Your approximately 50-minute appointment includes a brief intake/assessment, individualized hands-on therapy and post-session recommendations as appropriate.

Because every body responds differently, results will vary. Some clients notice changes in swelling, puffiness, tissue softness, comfort or relaxation after one session, while others benefit most from a series of sessions.

This is therapeutic lymphatic work — not a dramatic “before-and-after” body-sculpting treatment. Temporary changes in fluid distribution or body contour may occur, but dramatic inch-loss, weight-loss or identical visual results cannot be guaranteed.

WHY “ADVANCED”?

Unlike lymphatic techniques focused primarily on superficial pathways, Advanced Lymph Drainage Therapy may also address deeper lymphatic structures and interconnected tissues and systems.

Depending on your individual needs, your session may include work supporting:

  • Superficial and deep lymphatic pathways

  • Swelling, fluid congestion and tissue stagnation

  • Abdominal lymphatic pathways, including the liver and spleen

  • Fascia, scar tissue and areas of restriction

  • Post-surgical recovery when appropriate

  • Cranial and neurolymphatic/glymphatic pathways

  • Sinus and facial congestion

  • Musculoskeletal areas affected by tissue restriction or inflammation

  • Autonomic nervous system regulation and deep relaxation

  • Overall lymphatic circulation and healthy fluid movement

The intention is to help your body release restriction, restore healthy flow and return toward greater balance.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR SESSION

Every Advanced Lymphatic Session includes use of the heated Photon Advanced PEMF InfraMat Pro®, featuring amethyst, tourmaline, jade and copper.

The combination of gentle warmth and PEMF creates a deeply relaxing environment that may support muscular relaxation, circulation, recovery and nervous system down-regulation while you receive your lymphatic session.

Your treatment takes place in a peaceful private setting with soft lighting, plants, crystals and carefully selected frequency-based music. Natural essential oils may be lightly diffused when appropriate.

AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

With more than 14 years of hands-on experience, Laurel West, LMT integrates her training in Advanced Lymph Drainage Therapy, fascia and scar tissue work, visceral techniques, basic CranioSacral Therapy, cupping, nervous system regulation and energy healing to create an individualized session.

When appropriate, you may also receive simple self-care recommendations to help support lymphatic flow and overall wellbeing between appointments.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?

Frequency depends on your goals, health history and how your body responds. Some clients benefit from occasional maintenance sessions, while acute or more complex concerns may benefit from a short series of more frequent appointments.

Recommendations will be individualized rather than automatically placing every client on the same treatment schedule.

Please allow approximately 50 minutes for your appointment.
